Mason and Bianca at golden hour

A wedding celebration

Mason
& Bianca

September 2027 Lisbon, Portugal RSVP

Our story

Nassau, Rome,
and every mile
in between.

It started with a chance encounter in Nassau, Bahamas. Mason was there celebrating a friend's birthday with some close friends, when he crossed paths with Bianca at The Lynden Bar at the Baha Mar resort. Bianca, who lived in Italy but spent time in Nassau where her father has business, happened to be there that same night — on a first date with another boy! What began as a conversation between strangers quickly revealed something neither of them expected — an immediate, effortless connection.

They exchanged information, stayed loosely in touch, and a few months later reunited in Nassau over Christmas and New Year's 2021, where they even had the chance to meet each other's families. Still, the distance felt impossible. Mason was finishing university in the US, and Bianca was living in Italy.

"The timing wasn't right — but the memory of her never quite left him."

In late 2022, Mason made a bold decision and moved to Rome by himself for a semester abroad — his first time ever setting foot in Europe. He'll tell you Bianca wasn't the reason he went, but she was certainly part of the inspiration.

After graduating in May 2023, Mason reached out to Bianca with an invitation — join his family on a trip to Key Biscayne, Florida that August. To most people, this might sound like a simple ask. But consider what it meant: Bianca, a young Italian woman, agreeing to fly across the ocean to spend time with a man she had only briefly known and his entire family. It was a leap of faith, and she took it. She happened to be in the Bahamas at the time, said yes, and the rest wrote itself.

From that trip forward, they were inseparable — seeing each other every single month, trading off between Europe, the US, and everywhere in between. Theirs has always been a love built in motion — on long flights, new cities, and the kind of adventures that reveal who someone really is. On January 3rd, 2026, they made it official and moved into their home together in Miami. On Valentine's Day 2026, Mason proposed.

Now, they're inviting the people they love most to join them for the next great adventure. Their wedding in Lisbon, Portugal — a city of history, beauty, and warmth that perfectly mirrors everything this relationship has been. For a couple whose love has always crossed oceans, there was no more fitting place to celebrate it. We can't wait to share it with you.

How do I RSVP, and when should I RSVP by?

TBD — RSVP details and the deadline will be shared here and on our Zola page once confirmed.

What is the dress code?

We want you to look your best! The dress code is black tie. Men are also welcome to wear a dark suit.

When should I arrive at the venue?

TBD — ceremony start time and arrival guidance will be shared once the schedule is finalized.

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited space, we're unable to extend a plus-one invitation to all guests. If you've been given a plus-one, their name or "Guest" will appear on your RSVP. If you believe someone may have been left out, feel free to reach out — we'll do our best, but we truly appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this gives everyone a chance to relax and celebrate fully!

When should I book my flights?

TBD — we'll share the exact date as soon as it's confirmed. That said, for international travel we recommend booking as early as possible. Flights into Lisbon tend to fill up quickly during summer months.

What airport should I fly into?

Lisbon is served by Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), located just minutes from the city center. Direct flights are available from most major US cities and throughout Europe.

Are hotel accommodations being arranged for guests?

TBD — we're working on room block options to make your stay as seamless as possible. Details will be shared here and on our Zola page once confirmed.

What is the weekend schedule?

TBD — details on welcome events, the ceremony, and the reception will be posted here closer to the date.

Will there be transportation between the hotel and venue?

TBD — transportation logistics will be confirmed once the venue and hotel block are finalized.

Do I need a passport to travel to Portugal?

Yes — guests traveling from the US will need a valid passport. We recommend ensuring yours is valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates. EU and Schengen-area guests should verify entry requirements for their specific country.

What is the weather like in Lisbon in September?

September in Lisbon is warm and sunny — typically 75–82°F (24–28°C) with very little rain and low humidity. Evenings can be slightly cooler, so a light layer is worth packing. It's one of the best times of year to be in the city.
